Once you join in this giving community, there are many things you can do to inspire others in order for you to leverage on what you can do to impact the world.

Buy1GIVE1 has many passionate supporters around the world.  Some of them participate in Buy1GIVE1 Business giving while others are individuals who are not business owners.

Many people have asked us how they can support what Buy1GIVE1 is doing and make a difference as non-business supporters.

So, we have launched a giving community where everyone can participate by coming together. You can make a direct contribution to a child when joining and more importantly, you will get connected with many others who share the same passion. You'll be invited to listen, watch and read. But if you want to do more, there are physical activities you can participate in to really find your purpose, your values and your passion.

You can also invite your friends and family as well as the businesses you know to the Buy1GIVE1 Village. You can also invite a Worthy Cause of your choice to Buy1GIVE1.

You can now be actively creating the world you want to be part of. And if you own or run a business, you will also be invited to integrate Buy1GIVE1 giving directly into your business activities.

You will be invited to the Buy1GIVE1 Global Giving Village social networking website once you join as a citizen. In this community, we all share about our passion, ideas and stories. Buy1GIVE1 Businesses and Worthy Causes also share their projects and initiatives with you in this community. Getting connected with others in a sense of giving, caring and working together is a special thing and you will get to make a greater difference by sharing your gift with others.

If you would like to support specific projects that Buy1GIVE1 manages or it's general running costs, then you can sponsor Buy1GIVE1. Beyond the one-off donations we make emotionally, Buy1GIVE1 aims to convert every commercial activity into a giving action making the charitable activities happening around the world to become even more effective and sustainable.

Buy1GIVE1 works with recommended causes who meet the criteria. So your recommendation will support the process to become easier for them. This process may take some time and they may not be always accepted as it is important for us to ensure the cause is suitable for this type of partnership with Buy1GIVE1 Businesses. If we have to say no at the point of time, we will keep them on the list so that we could support them to come on board in the future when they can meet the criteria.

Individual effort is always limited no matter how hard we try. There are millions of charity organisations around the world already but most of these organisations struggle (and spend a lot of money!) to raise funds.
